Trying to balance being a new mom while still working has proven to be a challenge. While I consider myself very lucky to be able to work from home doing something that I love, it is also very difficult to separate work from home life. Somedays when I sit down to work I could get into a groove and forget to even eat, and if it wasn't for my husband I probably would just snack all day without eating a proper meal. Now while I may be creative in many ways, I am far from being creative in the kitchen. It actually stresses me out trying to think of what to make for dinner. So I've decided to try something new... meal planning. This is also hopefully help with the amount of food we waste. At the beginning of every week we are going to sit down and decide what to have for dinner each night (of course leaving some room to have lazy nights and order pizza!). I'm hoping that this will take away the stress of preparing dinner, since we would of already decided what to eat, and already have the groceries.
